The reasons I’m conflicted
The location is absolutely central! ! Steps from the Rialto Bridge and offers stunning canal views. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel special.
The room, while charming, was a bit tight for space. Given the building's age, expect some steps to navigate with luggage, which can be tricky.

Request a higher floor for better canal views and to minimize street noise during early hours.

while this hotel has charming decor, my junior suite with the bell tower view had no thick curtains, resulting in surprise wake-up calls at 6 am. also, the rock-hard mattress was nothing short of unjust. i woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary gesture considering the inconveniences, but i guess that’s too much to ask here. almost good, but just couldn't.

Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The location is prime, just steps away from the Rialto Bridge, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom was impressive, both modern and spotless. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the dining area provided pleasant views of the Grand Canal, enhancing the overall experience.
The room was a bit tight for space.

Charming stay with amazing views!
Spent 4 nights here and loved it! The room was adorably decorated, just right for a couple’s getaway. Waking up to the Grand Canal view was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with tips about local spots. Wish there were better breakfast choices, though. In-room breakfast was a nice touch!

breathtaking views of the Campanile of San Marco, great location steps from the Rialto Bridge, spacious room with a unique decor
Horrendous directions!!! The elevator access is downright confusing, leave your luggage in the lobby as you’ll navigate multiple stairs!!! the room layout is inconsistent. not all rooms offer a grand canal view!!! Consider clearer information about rooms!!!

The elegant ambiance captured the charm of the past while ensuring modern comforts, such as a spacious room filled with character and a newly renovated bathroom. Enjoying breakfast with views of the Grand Canal was a delightful experience, enhanced by attentive staff ready to assist with luggage access through the unique layout. navigating the confusing elevator system and the lack of an in-room coffee maker detracted from the overall experience.

The views from the Junior Suite with the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge are absolutely stunning, making every morning feel special. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, topped off with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for you upon arrival.
Being in an older building, expect some uneven floors, which might bother those who prefer modern perfection. The breakfast selection could be better, as there were limited choices, and while they do set up a tea/coffee station in the afternoons, a coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch.
